This achari paneer paratha recipe is perfect for spicing up your breakfast or any meal of the day. Here's how to make it step by step:

1 Cup wheat flour, Water (for kneading), 1 Tbsp chopped ginger, 1 Tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 Cup grated paneer, 2 Tbsp mixed achar (pickle), Salt (to taste)

Start by preparing the dough. Take the wheat flour in a bowl, gradually add water, and knead it until smooth. Let it rest for about 15 minutes.

For the filling, mix grated paneer, chopped ginger, garlic, a spoonful of mixed achar, and salt as per taste. Combine well until the flavours come together.

Roll out a small portion of the dough, place the filling in the centre, and gently fold the edges to seal it.

Lightly roll it out again to spread the filling evenly without breaking the dough.

Heat a pan on medium to high flame. Place the paratha on it and cook until it turns golden and crispy, flipping as needed. Serve hot with a dollop of butter.
