1 cup Boiled Potato, grated
1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Oil
Mix in the mashed potatoes, oil, salt and red chilli flakes.
Knead like a dough till smooth and glossy.
Take a small portion and make a ball out of it.
Cover it with a plastic sheet on both sides and slowly flatten it with hands.
Take out of the plastic sheet and transfer to a greased plate. Then, dry in the sun.
Fry and consume immediately, or store it in an airtight container.
