1 Green Chilli

2 tsp Coriander Leaves

1 Potato, boiled

½ cup Maida

½ cup Atta


Oil as required

A pinch of Baking Soda

1 tbsp Curd

½ tsp Sugar


½ tsp Chaat Masala

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

½ tsp Garam Masala

Salt as per taste

Prepare the stuffing first. Take the boiled and mashed potato in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, green chillies and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Step 1

Prepare a smooth dough by mixing together atta, maida, salt, sugar, baking soda, curd, oil and water. Keep it aside for 2 hours.

Step 2

Roll the dough into a circle. Place the masala in the centre. Close the dough with the masala inside it.

Step 3

Roll the dough again. Add some coriander leaves on top.

Step 4

Cook the kulcha on a heated tawa. Apply ghee on both sides while cooking. Serve hot!
