HOW TO MAKE

¼ tsp Baking Powder

¼ tsp Cardamom Powder

2 tbsp Milk

50 gm Butter

¼ cup Sugar

Half cup Atta (Wheat Flour)

In a large bowl, add atta, sugar, cardamom powder and baking powder.

Step 1

Mix till everything is well-combined.

Step 2

Add butter cubes and mix with hands till the flour turns crumbly.

Step 3

Add milk and knead to make soft dough. Wrap the dough in a paper, and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 4

Roll on a floured surface till 1/8" thick.

Step 5

Cut it into round shapes with the help of a small bowl or a large bottle cap.

Step 6

Arrange on a baking tray, and bake in pre-heated oven at 170 degree C for 10-15 mins. Your homemade atta biscuits are ready.
