HOW TO MAKE
BUTTER CHICKEN
NOODLES

2 Tomatoes 

1 cup Boiled Noodles 

1 tbsp Garlic 

½ cup Chicken, roasted

1 Onion 

Ingredients

1 tbsp Cream 

4 Cashewnuts 

1 Bay Leaf 

2 Green Cardamom 

2 tbsp Butter 

1 Black Cardamom 

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Kasoori Methi 

Salt as per taste 

2 Whole Red Chillies 

1 Cinnamon Stick 

A pinch of Sugar 

2 Cloves 

In a pan, boil water. Add tomatoes, onion, bay leaf, garlic and whole red chillies. 

Step 1

Further, add green cardamom, black cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, cashew nut and butter. Cook till tomatoes are soft and grind. 

Step 2

In a pan, heat butter. Add butter chicken gravy. Let it simmer. 

Step 3

Add salt, sugar, kasoori methi and cream. 

Step 4

Add boiled noodles and roasted chicken. Cook for 2 mins. Serve hot.
