HOW TO MAKE
BUTTER GARLIC
NAAN

Ingredients

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Garlic

2 tbsp Curd

1 tbsp Butter

½ cup Maida

Ingredients

Salt as per taste

A pinch of Baking Soda

½ tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Oil

Take atta in a bowl. Add salt, baking powder and baking soda.

Step 1

Add curd, oil and water. Use your hands to knead a soft dough.

Step 2

Take a small portion of the dough and roll it out evenly to the desired size.

Step 3

Apply butter and make sure to cover the entire base. Sprinkle chopped garlic and coriander leaves on top.

Step 4

Fold it up and roll it flat once again.

Step 5

Heat a non-stick tawa and cook the naan till  it turns golden brown from both sides. Slather on some ghee and serve hot!
