How To Make Cheela With Leftover Dal

Have an extra bowl of dal and don't know what to do with it? We suggest making cheela.

Ingredients:

1 bowl dal
2-3 tbsp besan
1 tsp onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp green chillies, finely chopped
1/2 tsp coriander leaves
Oil to fry

Step 1

Add besan, onion, coriander and green chillies to the bowl of dal.

Mix everything together into a cheela batter.

Heat a pan, grease it with some oil.

Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly.
