1 Onion
300 gm Chicken Strips
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Cornflour
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Egg
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
3 Green Chillies
1 tbsp Rice Flour
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
Take chicken strips in a bowl and add corn flour, rice flour, salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Further, add lemon juice, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste and egg.
Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and add onion and green chillies. Saute for 2-3 mins.
In another pan, heat oil and fry marinated chicken strips till golden brown.
Add fried onion and green chillies on top of the fried chicken strips. Serve hot.
