1 tsp Coriander Leaves
1 Bay Leaf
6-7 Whole Red Chillies
½ cup Curd
200 gm Chicken
2 Cardamom
5 Garlic Cloves
1 tsp Vinegar
1 Cinnamon Stick
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Coriander seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
Heat oil in pan. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, cinnamon stick, coriander seeds, cardamom, garlic and whole red chillies. Saute for 2-3 minutes. Then, let it cool down and grind.
Add the masala paste to the chicken and leave it aside for 2 hours.
Heat oil in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and stir fry on high heat till the chicken becomes golden brown and crisp.
Add turmeric powder, salt and vinegar to the chicken. Mix well.
Add curd and cook till the chicken is soft. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
