How To Make Chilli Paneer Hot Dog

Hosting a party? Or just want a snack that's more exciting than usual? These Chilli Paneer Hot Dogs are the hero of any occasion. Perfectly spicy and guaranteed to impress.

Ingredients

Paneer - 200 grams
Hot dog buns - 4
Onion - 1, chopped 
 Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

Step 1

Mix it up! In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, a good squeeze of tomato ketchup, and Schezwan sauce. Set that flavour bomb aside.

Step 2

Heat some oil in a pan, toss in the chopped onions, and saute until they turn nice and translucent. Add the ginger garlic paste and stir-fry.

Add the diced paneer, pour in your saucy mix, and give it all a good stir. Sprinkle some salt and pepper, and cook until the paneer is beautifully golden.

Time to build! Slice the hot dog buns open and generously fill them with the spicy paneer mixture.
