Grab a handful of the noodle mix and shape it into patties. Press them down so they stick together, but keep them thick enough to hold their shape.

Heat some oil in a frying pan on medium. You don't need a ton-just enough to coat the pan.

Carefully place the noodle patties in the pan and cook for around 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they're golden and crispy.

Toast the burger buns in the same pan until they're a nice, light brown. This step gives them a little crunch and extra flavour.

Build your burger! Spread mayo on the bottom bun, lay down the chowmein patty, and top with sliced tomatoes. Cap it with the other half of the bun.
