HOW TO MAKE
DAHI BHALLA
CHAAT

Ingredients

2 tbsp Pomegranate

2 tbsp Boiled Potato

2-3 Papdi

? cup Curd

? cup Instant Bhalla Mix

Salt as per taste

1 tbsp Green Chutney

1 tbsp Imli Chutney

A pinch of Cumin Powder

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Sev

A pinch of Chaat Masala

A pinch of Red Chilli Powder

Take the instant bhalla mix in a bowl and add water to make a thick paste. Heat oil in pan and drop in small portions from the batter into the pan for deep frying. 

Step 1

Soak the bhallas in water for 2-3 minutes. Then, add them into a bowl of curd. Mix well.

Step 2

Transfer the bhallas into a serving bowl. Add some crushed papdi and boiled potatoes.

Step 3

Next, pour some curd, green chutney and imli chutney.

Step 4

Sprinkle some salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and chaat masala. Garnish with pomegranate, sev and coriander leaves.
