Made with oats, yoghurt, and spices, this delicious idli is perfect for a nutritious and filling breakfast. Here's an easy recipe to make it at home.

1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup yoghurt, 1/4 tsp baking soda, a pinch of salt, 1/4 tsp cumin seeds, 1/4 tsp grated ginger, curry leaves.

Soak rolled oats in water for at least 4-5 hours. Drain and grind the oats into a coarse paste using a blender or food processor.
In a large bowl, combine the ground oats, yoghurt, baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
Add cumin seeds, grated ginger, and a few curry leaves to the batter. Mix well to combine.
Pour the batter into greased idli moulds and steam for 15-20 minutes or until the idlis are cooked through and fluffy.
