2 cups Maida
1 Egg
1 tbsp Butter
? cup Milk
1 cup Sugar
? tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
? tsp Nutmeg Powder
? tsp Salt
Mix sugar and butter in a bowl.
Add egg and beat well.
Sift maida, nutmeg powder, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt into the mixture. Mix well.
Add milk and mix into a dough-like consistency.
Sprinkle some maida over the dough and roll it out evenly. Take a round glass and cut out the doughnuts.
Deep fry the doughnuts till golden brown. Serve hot.
