HOW TO MAKE
GARLIC-MUSHROOM
FRIED RICE

Ingredients

½ cup Maida 

½ cup Maida 

½ cup Maida 

½ cup Maida 

½ cup Mushroom

1 cup Rice, cooked 

½ cup Spring Onion

2 tbsp Beans

2 tbsp Carrot

¼ cup Capsicum

Ingredients

1 tsp Chilli Sauce

½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Vinegar

1 tsp Soy Sauce

1 tsp Garlic

In a pan, heat some oil and sautee garlic until brown. Keep it aside.

Step 1

In the same oil, add spring onion, mushroom, capsicum, carrot, beans and stir fry for a while. 

Step 2

Add salt and black pepper powder.

Step 3

Further, add  vinegar, soy sauce and chilli sauce. Mix well.

Step 4

Add boiled rice and cook for 2 mins so that all the ingredients mix together.

Step 5

Garnish with burnt garlic and spring onion. Serve hot.
