Here is an easy Gulaab Lassi recipe made with the goodness of rose water, fresh rose petals, and creamy curd. Try this quick and delicious rose lassi to beat the heat this season.

Ingredients:

300 gm Plain Yogurt (Curd)
50 gm Sugar
100 ml of Water
1 ml Rose Water
10-15 Rose Petals

Step-1

Take a large bowl and add plain yogurt to it. Then whisk it well using a hand blender or a regular whisk until the texture becomes smooth and creamy.

Add sugar and mix it properly until the sugar dissolves completely into the yogurt. Then, pour in some water to thin the consistency a bit.
