Homemade vegetable chips are a great alternative to popular packaged potato chips, providing a similar tasty experience with a healthier twist. Let's learn how to make carrot chips.

5-6 carrots
1.5 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp peri peri masala

Peel carrots into thin strips using a vegetable peeler. You can also use a vegetable slicer for thin, round slices.

Add the carrot slices, olive oil, and peri masala in a bowl. Give everything a good mix.

Line a baking tray with an aluminium foil and grease it. Place the carrots on the tray.

Pop the tray in the oven at 100 degrees for 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can also put these in an air fryer.

Take the chips out once they are crispy. Do not cook for too long or the chips might burn. Enjoy!
