How To Make Healthy Baked Carrot Fries

Ingredients:

5-6 carrots (cut into long strips), A pinch of sugar, 2 tbsp olive oil, Salt, to taste, 1/2 tsp coriander powder

Step-1

Toss those carrot strips in a bowl with olive oil, coriander powder, and a pinch of sugar. Make sure they're coated evenly for all that flavour.

Prep a baking tray by lining it with aluminium foil and giving it light grease to prevent sticking.

Spread the carrots out on the tray, pop it into the oven at 100°C, and let them bake for 20 minutes.
