1 cup Rice, half cooked
½ cup Mint Leaves
¼ cup Coriander Leaves
½ cup Curd
½ cup Fried Onion
250 gm Mutton
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Ghee
2 tbsp Saffron Infused Milk
1 tsp Lemon Juice
¼ cup Fried Cashew Nuts
2 Green Chillies
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Black Pepper Powder
3 Cloves
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Green Cardamoms
Salt as per taste
Cinnamon Powder - a pinch
½ tsp Shahi Jeera
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Take mutton in a bowl. Add curd, turmeric, red chilli powder, shahi jeera, ginger-garlic paste, fried onion, cinnamon powder to it.
Add cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, black pepper powder, green chillies, and lemon juice to it.
Add salt, mint leaves, coriander leaves and mix. Marinate for two hours.
Add a layer of half-cooked rice on the mutton. Then add some water, coriander leaves, fried onions, green chillies, and mint leaves.
Add saffron-infused milk, fried cashew nuts, ghee and cover with aluminum foil.
Cook for 25 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
