½ cup Curd

500 gm Chicken

½ cup Fried Onion

6 Almonds

6 Cashewnuts 

1 tsp Lemon Juice

Ingredients

¼ tsp Cloves Powder

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves

2 tbsp Mint Leaves

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Salt as per taste

1 tbsp Oil

1 Cinnamon Stick

Ingredients

1 tsp Coriander Powder

½ tsp Cumin Powder

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Shahi Jeera

2 tsp Chironji

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

¼ tsp Cardamom Pods

Ingredients

In a bowl, add chironji, almonds and cashewnuts. Grind to make a paste. 

Step 1

In a pan, take chicken and add curd, fried onion, nuts paste and ginger garlic paste. 

Step 2

Then, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, shahi jeera, turmeric powder, cardamom pods and lemon juice. 

Step 3

Further, add coriander powder, cloves powder, red chilli powder, cinnamon stick, salt, cumin powder and oil. 

Step 4

Coat the chicken with the masalas thoroughly. Marinate for 3-4 hours. Seal with a foil and cook on medium flame for 30-40 minutes. Serve hot.
