HOW TO MAKE
INSTANT
OATS DOSA

Ingredients

1 cup Oats

1 tbsp Sooji

1/2 tbsp Atta

1/4 cup Onion

Ingredients

1 tsp Ginger

5 Curry Leaves

1 tbsp Curd

1 Green Chilli

Ingredients

Salt to taste

1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

A pinch of Hing

Grind oats and fenugreek seeds together. Then, add atta and sooji.

Step 1

Further, add curd, salt, black pepper powder, hing and ginger.

Step 2

Mix well. Add enough water to make a smooth batter. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Take the batter and add onion, green chilli and curry leaves.

Step 4

Pour the batter on a greased and heated dosa pan. Let it cook on both sides. Serve with any chutney of your choice.
