1. Give Your Fruits a Good Scrub

Your fruits need a bath too! Use lukewarm water to wash off any dirt or chemicals they might've picked up on their way to your kitchen.

2. Clean Hands, Clean Peel

Before you start peeling, make sure your hands are clean. For oranges & other tricky peels, try cutting off the top & bottom, then slice down the sides.

3. Ditch the Seeds

Seeds can mess with the taste of your juice and might even be bad for you. Make sure to toss them out before you start juicing.

4. Size Matters

Most juicers can handle big chunks, but for larger fruits like pineapple & watermelon, slice them into more manageable pieces.

5. Drink It Fresh

Juice starts losing its goodness the second it's made, so drink it fresh! Don't let it sit around for later.

6. Skip the Extra Sugar

It's tempting to add extra sugar, but it's best to skip it. Stick with the natural sweetness of the fruit-it's healthier and tastes just as good.
