HOW TO MAKE KOREAN-STYLE
EGG ROLL

Ingredients

2 tbsp Capsicum

2 tbsp Onion

2 tbsp Carrot

3 Eggs

1 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt as per taste

Crack three eggs into a bowl. Add salt and pepper and beat them.

Step 1

Then, add onion, carrot and capsicum to the eggs. Mix well.

Step 2

Now heat a pan. Drop the egg mixture into the pan in a thin layer.

Step 3

Once it starts to cook, roll the egg to the corner of the pan. Now, again add a thin layer of egg mix at the edge and roll it in once it cooks.

Step 4

Continue doing this with the remaining mixture until you have a roll that looks thick and has distinct layers.

Step 5

Once finished, remove it from the heat and cut it into thin slices. Serve hot.
