Lehsuni Palak Paneer is a garlicky twist on the classic paneer dish. The garlic flavours take it up a notch, making it the perfect comfort meal for dinner. Follow the recipe.

250 gm paneer, 3 tbsp garlic mince, 1 onion, chopped, 1 tomato, chopped, Blanched spinach (pureed), 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp ghee, 3 tbsp oil, Salt to taste, 1 whole red chilli, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp hing

Heat oil in a pan and toss in 2 tbsp of garlic along with chopped onions. Saute until the onions are soft. Add tomatoes and cook for a minute or two.

Mix in the red chilli, coriander, & turmeric powders. Saute, for a few seconds, then pour in the spinach puree. Add salt to taste & let it cook for a couple of mins.

Add the paneer cubes to the gravy and let them simmer for a bit until everything comes together.

Time for the tadka! Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds, hing, 1 tbsp garlic, and a whole red chilli. Fry for a few seconds until the garlic turns golden brown.

Pour the sizzling tadka over your Lehsuni Palak Paneer and serve hot with naan or paratha.
