Rich with nuts and sinfully creamy, this refreshing Mango-Pista Kulfi is sure to leave you asking for more.

1 cup Mango, sliced
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Milk
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream

4 tsp Cardamom
4 tsp unsalted Pistachios
4 tsp powdered Sugar

Blend mango and cardamom together to make a paste.
Pour sugar, vanilla ice cream, milk and heavy cream in the mango mixture.
Blend it thoroughly and make sure the mixture is thick.
Set the mixture in moulds and garnish with pistachios. Freeze for 7-8 hours.
After the kulfis are set, take them out and remove from moulds. Serve chilled!
