HOW TO MAKE
METHI PANEER
PARATHA

Ingredients

½ cup Onion

½ cup Grated Paneer

½ cup Methi Leaves

½ cup Atta

Ingredients

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Garam Masala

Oil as required

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Ingredients

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 Green Chilli

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

Knead a soft dough with atta, salt, oil and water. Let it rest for a while. 

Step 1

Prepare the stuffing by adding methi leaves, onion, green chillies, grated paneer, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt in mixing bowl.

Step 2

Combine everything well. Now, make a ball of the paneer-methi stuffing.

Step 3

Roll the dough like a roti and place the paratha stuffing in the middle. Close the paratha from all sides and roll it again. 

Step 4

Heat ghee on a tawa and roast on both sides till the paratha is crisp. Serve hot with your accompaniment of choice!
