Ingredients

1 cup Besan

½ cup Onion

4-5 slices Eggplant

½ cup Potato

½ cup Capsicum

Ingredients

¼ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

Salt as per taste

¼ tsp Chaat Masala

½ tsp Cumin Powder

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

In a bowl, add besan, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, chaat masala, turmeric powder and baking soda.

Step 1

Mix everything well. Add water and make a smooth batter.

Step 2

Coat onion and capsicum with the batter.

Step 3

Then coat potato and eggplant as well with the batter.

Step 4

Fry the batter-coated vegetables till crispy.

Step 5

Serve hot.
