Ready to make some delicious mushroom patties? These are easy to whip up, packed with flavour, and totally satisfying. Let's get into the straightforward recipe!

2 cups mushrooms
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup onion
2 cloves
1 egg

Heat up a splash of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Toss in the onions and garlic, letting them cook until they're soft.

Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they release their juices and get nice and tender. Season with salt and pepper.

Transfer everything to a mixing bowl. Add in the breadcrumbs, egg, and soy sauce, then mix it all together until it's well combined.
