Love dosa? Then try this healthy version-Palak Dosa! Spinach is full of essential nutrients, making this a nutritious choice. Here's a quick & easy recipe to make Palak Dosa at home.

3 cups dosa batter, 1 cup spinach leaves, 2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, ½ tsp turmeric powder, Salt and pepper to taste1-2 green chillies, finely chopped, Ghee

Wash the spinach leaves and boil them. Drain the excess water and grind the spinach into a smooth paste.

Pour the dosa batter into a large bowl. You can either use store-bought dosa batter or make it at home from scratch.

Add the spinach paste to the batter. Then, add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, salt, & green chillies. Give it a good stir. You can also add some onions.

Heat some ghee on a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it in a round shape.

Let it cook until the bottom is golden and crispy, then flip it to cook the other side.

Sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves on top. If you're making this for kids, you can even garnish it with grated cheese for added appeal.
