HOW TO MAKE
PANEER DO PYAZA

Ingredients

150 gm Paneer

? cup Onion, cubed

2 Cardamoms

? cup Onion Paste

? cup Tomato Puree

? tsp Cumin Seeds

2 Green Chillies

1 tsp Coriander Leaves 

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Ingredients

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 tsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Garam Masala

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamom, green chillies and let it splutter. Then add onion paste and ginger-garlic paste. Cook until onion paste turns little brownish.

Step 1

Add tomato puree and cook for 3-5 minutes. Then add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and saute for a minute.

Step 2

Add water. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes.

Step 3

Open the lid and add cubed onions and paneer into the gravy. Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins again.

Step 4

Now add kasoori methi and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
