HOW TO MAKE
PANEER KACHORI

Ingredients

½ tsp Coriander Powder

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Fennel Seeds

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

Ingredients

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 Green Chilli

½ tsp Garam Masala

Ingredients

½ cup Paneer, crumbled

1 Onion

100 gm Kachori Dough

Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and onion. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Step 1

Add green chilli and paneer to the mixture.

Step 2

Add salt, coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and kasoori methi. Mix well and saute for 4-5 minutes. Keep aside.

Step 3

Take one portion from the dough and roll it out with hand. Add the paneer stuffing and  cover it with the dough. Roll gently again with a rolling pin.

Step 4

Deep fry the kachoris in hot oil until crisp. Enjoy your hot and fresh paneer kachori with the chutney of choice!
