Love paneer momos but feels daunting to make them at home? Don't worry! Here's an easy recipe to help you make them perfectly every time.

Combine 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 tsp of salt, and 1 tsp of oil in a bowl. Mix well and knead until smooth.

Mix 250 gm of crumbled paneer with 1 chopped onion, 1-inch ginger, 2 garlic cloves, and salt to taste.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a thin circle. Place a spoonful of the paneer filling in the centre.
Fold the dough to form a momo and seal the edges. Make sure they are sealed properly to prevent the filling from coming out.

Steam the momos for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through. Serve hot with a dipping sauce of your choice!
