100 gm Paneer, grated 

1 cup Maida

½ cup Tomato

½ cup Onion

½ cup Capsicum


1 tsp Oil

2 tbsp Cheese, shredded

1 tsp Oregano

Salt as per taste



½ tsp Black Pepper Powder

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

1 tsp Pizza Sauce 

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste 

In a pan, heat oil. Add onion, ginger-garlic paste, capsicum and tomato. Sauté for 3 minutes.

Step 1

Now, add grated paneer, salt, red chilli flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, pizza sauce and cheese. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

In a bowl, add maida, salt, oil and water. Knead into a soft dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Roll out the dough into a thin square and cut the edges. Then, cut it again into half. Add the filling, and dab water on the edges. Cover and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.

Step 4

Fry till golden-brown on both sides and serve hot.
