Salt as per taste
2 tbsp Cornflour
½ cup Bread Crumbs
½ cup Cheese, grated
2 Potatoes, boiled
1 Green Chilli
½ tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp Pepper Powder
½ tsp Chilli Flakes
½ tsp Oregano
Take boiled and mashed potatoes in a bowl. Add grated cheese, salt, ginger-garlic paste, green chilli, pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes.
Mix everything well. Take a small portion from the mixture and shape it as per your choice.
Make corn slurry by mixing cornflour with water.
Dip the potato shot in the corn slurry and coat it with bread crumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve hot with any sauce or dip of your choice.
