How To Make Potato Wedges In Air Fryer

Craving hot and crispy potato wedges? You can easily make them in an air fryer. With minimal ingredients and effort, you can enjoy these seasoned, golden wedges in no time.

Ingredients:

3 medium potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried herbs
Salt to taste

1. Prepare The Potatoes

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Soak them in cold water for 30 mins to remove extra starch. Pat dry to remove moisture and make them crispy.

2. Season The Potatoes

In a bowl, put the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and dried herbs. Mix well so that the wedges are evenly coated.

3. Air Fry The Wedges

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Place the seasoned wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 mins and shake halfway through.

4. Serve

Once the wedges are crispy and golden as desired, remove them from the air fryer. Sprinkle some dried herbs over it and serve hot with ketchup.
