Kulfi is a frozen and creamy Indian dairy dessert, perfect to beat the summer heat. Here is how you can make quick, easy and delicious matka kulfi at home.

Take a blender jar and add 1/4 cup mishri, and 1 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds, pistachios, cashews) and grind it into a powder.

Take a bowl and add 250 gm fresh cream, the powder prepared in Step 1, 1 tsp cardamom powder, and 10-15 saffron strands soaked in milk.

Mix everything well using a whisk till you get a creamy kulfi mix without any lumps.

Take 3-4 small matkas and pour the mixture into the jars. Garnish with crushed dried fruits on top.

Cover the matkas with foil paper and freeze overnight. Your matka kulfi is ready! Enjoy!
