Rajma galouti kebabs are melt-in-mouth delights perfect for vegetarians. This recipe adds rich flavours of traditional kebabs with a healthy twist. Here's how to make it at home.

To make this, you need 1 cup boiled rajma, 1 chopped onion, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp chilli powder, 2 tbsp besan, salt and ghee.

Start by mashing boiled rajma in a bowl until smooth. Then add chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, and red chilli powder. Mix well.

Add roasted besan into the mixture along with salt for taste. Mix well till it forms a dough-like consistency. Shape the mixture into small patties.

In a pan, heat some ghee. Once hot, gently place the patties in the pan and fry until they turn golden brown on both sides.

Once fried, remove the kebabs from the pan over a paper towel to absorb extra oil. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice and serve with mint chutney!
