1 Raw Mango
Water as required
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
½ cup Masoor Dal
1 Green Chilli
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Whole Red Chilli
In a pressure cooker, add masoor dal, salt, turmeric powder and green chilli.
Add water and cook upto 2 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, whole red chilli and raw mango.
Next, add some salt and water. Cover and cook till the mango is soft.
Add the cooked dal and boil for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with steamed rice.
