HOW TO MAKE
SABUDANA
DAL KHICHDI

Ingredients

1 cup Sabudana, soaked

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Rock Salt as per taste

1/4 cup Moong Dal, soaked

1-2 Potato, boiled

Ingredients

1 tsp lemon Juice

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Ghee

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Peanut, roasted

2 Whole Red Chillies

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds and whole red chillies.

Step 1

Add boiled potatoes, salt and black pepper powder.

Step 2

Add moong dal and cook till soft.

Step 3

Add sabudana and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Add black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice and peanuts. Mix well.

Step 5

Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
