Ingredients:

2 Eggs, 1/2 cup Spinach, roughly chopped, 1 Tbsp Milk, Garlic, thinly sliced, Olive Oil

Step-1

First things first, wash and roughly chop those spinach leaves. Keep them a bit wet for extra flavour!

Slice the garlic thinly. In a mixing bowl, toss milk with the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and whisk it all together until the yolk is blended in nicely.

Grab a cast iron skillet and heat it over low-medium heat. Toss in the chopped spinach, garlic, and a sprinkle of salt to taste.
