Who doesn't love a good omelette? It's a breakfast classic that you can experiment with in so many ways. Here's a spinach omelette can be game-changer for your morning routine.

2 Eggs, 1/2 cup Spinach, roughly chopped, 1 Tbsp Milk, Garlic, thinly sliced, Olive Oil

First things first, wash and roughly chop those spinach leaves. Keep them a bit wet for extra flavour!

Slice the garlic thinly. In a mixing bowl, toss milk with the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and whisk it all together until the yolk is blended in nicely.

Grab a cast iron skillet and heat it over low-medium heat. Toss in the chopped spinach, garlic, and a sprinkle of salt to taste.

Let those greens wilt a bit before taking them out of the skillet. Then, spread a teaspoon of olive oil around the pan using a spatula for even coverage.

Lower the heat to medium and pour in your egg mixture. Give the pan a little tilt to spread the eggs evenly. Cook it on both sides and your omelette is ready.
