½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt as per taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
½ cup Curd
4 Steamed Momos
½ tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Chaat Masala
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Kasoori Methi
Take curd in a bowl and add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala.
Further, add kasoori methi, red chilli powder, lemon juice and ginger-garlic paste.
Combine everything well.
Pour the marinade over the steamed momos. Make sure to coat the momos well with it.
On a tawa, add some oil. Grill the momos until they turn golden brown from all sides.
Garnish the tandoori momos with chaat masala. Serve hot with mint chutney!
