Ranked 23rd, Masque has been named India's best restaurant for the 2nd consecutive year. It is led by restaurateur Aditi Dugar and Chef Varun Totlani.

Ranked 26th, Indian Accent is led by Chef Manish Mehrotra. It was named India's best restaurant every year from 2015 to 2021.

Ranked 44th, Avartana at ITC Grand Chola is led by Chef Nikhil Nagpal. In 2023, the restaurant won the list's Highest New Entry Award.

Ranked 61st, Americano is helmed by Chef Alex Sanchez and restaurateur Mallyeka Watsa. It was a part of the extended list last year too.
