Salt to taste
Half cup Onion Paste
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
Half cup Tomato Puree
3 Eggs

1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
Take the eggs, some salt and coriander leaves in a bowl and whisk well.
How To Make Omelette
Heat some oil in a pan and add the whisked eggs to it to make omelette. Cut the omelette into square pieces.
Heat oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds. Fry till the seeds crackle.
How To Make Gravy
Add onion paste to it and fry.
Add tomato puree and ginger-garlic paste, and mix well.
Close with lid and let it cook. Then open the lid and add some water to make thick gravy.
Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and mix.
Close the lid and boil for 10 minutes.
Now, add the omelette pieces to the gravy and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
