Take 1 cup of sooji in a bowl. Add ½ cup curd, salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste, and green chillies. Whisk well.

Grease a tray with oil to prevent the dhokla from sticking. Prepare your steamer while the batter rests for 10 minutes.

Add a bit of oil and fruit salt to the batter. Mix well until everything is combined and the mixture is fluffy.

Pour the batter into the greased tray. Place it in the steamer and steam for 10 minutes. Once done, cut into pieces.

Prepare tempering with mustard seeds, hing, and curry leaves in oil. Let it sizzle, and then pour over the dhokla.
