¼ cup Curd
½ cup Sooji
2 tbsp Tomato
2 tbsp Onion
2 slices Bread
Salt as per taste
1 Green Chilli
1 tbsp Butter
1 tsp Garlic
2 tbsp Carrot, grated
2 tbsp Capsicum
In a bowl, add sooji, curd and some water to form a smooth paste.
Add onion, capsicum, carrot, tomato, garlic, green chilli and salt. Mix well.
Apply butter on both sides of the bread. Toast till slightly brown.
Pour the sooji batter on both sides.
Pour some oil. Cook till golden brown on both sides.
Cut into half. Serve.
