The herbs and whole spices are packed with anti-inflammatory properties, which help to boost your immunity and fight common cold, cough, and seasonal flu.

Ingredients:

2 tsp black tea leaves
2 cups water
Bay leaves
1/2 tbsp carom seeds
2 Black peppercorns
2 Cloves
Green cardamom
1 tbsp ginger, grated
1 inch turmeric root
1 tbsp lemon juice
Honey

Step-1

Take a pan and start heating water on high heat.

Once the water starts boiling, add the black tea leaves and all ingredients except lime juice and honey.
