These wholesome, crispy kebabs are made using vrat-friendly ingredients, which means you can enjoy them even while fasting. Let us jump into this easy banana kebab recipe.

2 raw bananas, 2 gram black pepper powder, 100 gms buckwheat flour, 2 gram roasted cumin, 3 gram salt, 2 green chillies, 3 ml oil, 3 gram coriander leaves, 10 ml oil (for grilling)

Cut the bananas in half and steam them until cooked through. Once the steam escapes, peel the skin and transfer the bananas to a mixing bowl.

Once the bananas have cooled, mash them properly. Add oil, salt, green chillies, coriander leaves, cumin powder, and pepper powder. Mix until everything comes together.

Add the buckwheat flour and mix everything well to form a soft dough. The mix should hold shape when pressed.

Lightly grease your palms with oil. Take small portions of the dough and shape them into tikkis or kebabs.

Shallow or deep fry the kebabs over medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy on the outside.
