1/2 cup grated lauki
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sooji
1 tsp salt
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp ghee

Peel the lauki and remove the seeds. Add the grated lauki to a blender with some water and blend until smooth.
