Lauki is low in fat and calories. It is packed with fibre, vitamin C, vitamin B, vitamin K, vitamin A, and vitamin E. This nutrient-rich vegetable can aid weight loss naturally.

1/2 cup grated lauki
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 cup sooji
1 tsp salt
2 green chillies
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp ghee

Peel the lauki and remove the seeds. Add the grated lauki to a blender with some water and blend until smooth.

Transfer the lauki paste to a bowl. Add rice flour, sooji, green chilli, salt, and water. Stir well to combine into a thick batter.

Leave the batter aside for 15 minutes. This helps the ingredients absorb moisture and improves the texture of the dosa.

Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto it and spread gently. Cook until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
