Paneer beetroot dosa is your new go-to for weight loss. Packed with protein, it's time to switch things up from your usual dosa. Check out this high-protein recipe that you'll love!

Dosa Batter, Beetroot Puree, Paneer Stuffing, Paneer, Onion, Carrot, Green Chillies, SaltRed Chillies, Coriander Powder, Oil

Mix the beetroot puree into the prepared dosa batter and set it aside for a moment.

Heat some oil in a pan and toss in the onions. After a couple of seconds, add the green chillies, carrots, and crumbled paneer.

Sprinkle in salt, red chilli, and coriander powder. Fry everything together for about two minutes, mixing it well before turning off the heat.

Heat a pan and drizzle a little oil to grease it. Pour a ladle of the beetroot dosa batter onto the pan and spread it out in a circular shape.

Once the dosa is golden brown, flip it over and add the delicious paneer stuffing on top. Cook for a bit longer, then serve hot and enjoy!
